Inter-bank Express/Trade Collection

-Trade payments received by the customer’s Asia Digital Bank account from other bank accounts.

Two channels are used:

Inter-bank Express Remittance

-Amount received is not more than the equivalent of USD 5,000;

-No need to upload trade background information;

Inter-bank Trade Collection

-Amount exceeds the equivalent of USD 5,000;

-Upload trade background information is required;

Step1:Tap on “Me” ;

Step2:Tap on “Orders”;

Step3: At the “Orders” page, select “Inter-bank Trade Collection” or “ Inter-Bank Express Collection”. (You’ll be able to see the orders with the “Pending Supplement” status.)

Step4:Tap on the order with the “Pending Supplement” status.

Step5:Tap on the “Upload Background Materials” button at the bottom to upload the trade background information.

Step6:After uploading background materials, tap on “confirm”.

Note

Individual Accounts- users can submit the order directly.

Corporate Accounts- the order needs to be created by the designated “Creator” and approved by the designated “Approver” before submitting the payment.
